What is the cut off time for placing a pre arrival Hub Order?

The order must be placed at least 24 hours prior to the check in time. We currently do not process pre arrival hub orders for same day arrivals. If you're already on site, feel free to stop by the Hub and purchase items during regular business hours!

Can I place an order on this website when I'm at the hotel?

Unfortunately this website is exclusively designed to help stock your fridge prior to your arrival. If you'd like to make additional purchases at the hub, you can walk straight in during business hours and purchase items in person.

What credit cards can I use to pay for my order?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

If I changed my mind after placing the order, can I still get a refund?

We understand these things happen so please email or call us at least 24 hours prior to check in time to get a refund of your product and tax total. The service fee is non-refundable.

What are the fees associated with ordering groceries ahead of time?

There is a 18% service fee and a 9.25% Nashville Sales tax.
